SECTION 01Promotion period

The Outside Standard P10 Porsche Cayenne Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on October 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on January 15, 2027 (the “Promotion Period”). Mountain Time means the local time observed in Salt Lake City, Utah, including daylight saving time when applicable.

Online qualifying purchases must be completed during the Promotion Period. No-purchase mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received no later than 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on January 15, 2027, as described in Section 6.

The Promotion will not end early because a sales target is met, and no minimum number of purchases or entries is required for the prize to be awarded. Sponsor will not extend the Promotion because sales are lower than expected. Any exceptional interruption is governed by Section 15 and applicable law.

Sponsor’s commerce records determine online purchase times. Postal postmarks and Sponsor’s receipt records determine mail-in timeliness, subject to verification and correction of documented errors.

SECTION 02Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of U.S. STATES AND TERRITORIES and are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Residents of all other jurisdictions are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Outside Standard LLC’s owners, officers, employees, and anyone directly involved in developing, administering, advertising, or fulfilling this Promotion are ineligible. Their immediate family members (spouse or domestic partner, parents, children, siblings, and the spouses of those persons) and members of their households are also ineligible.

Each entrant must submit accurate information and comply with these Official Rules. No purchase, payment to Sponsor, marketing subscription, social-media follow, or social-media account is required to enter or win.

SECTION 03The prize: P10

One verified winner will receive P10, Harrison Schoen’s 2004 Porsche Cayenne Turbo, a pre-owned vehicle. The prize consists only of the vehicle and equipment expressly listed below.

Year / make / model:
2004 Porsche Cayenne Turbo
Build designation:
P10
Exterior / interior:
Jarama Beige Metallic, Palm Tree Green Leather
Odometer:
104,221 as of October 6, 2026
Included modifications / equipment:
Berg Peaks 2.5” lift kit, Eurowise front and rear bumpers, Aftermarket wheels and tires, Eurowise Roof rack.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV):
$15,000 USD.

Mileage may increase through reasonable Promotion, maintenance, testing, or transportation before transfer. Sponsor will disclose the delivery mileage and any material condition change. Photographs may show tools, camping gear, personal items, or other accessories that are not included unless expressly listed above. Sponsor will not materially reduce the advertised prize.

The prize is not transferable before award, and the winner may not demand a cash alternative. If the stated vehicle becomes genuinely unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, any substitution must be lawful, of equal or greater value, and consistent with required regulatory approvals. This provision does not permit substitution merely because sales are insufficient.

SECTION 04Vehicle condition and disclosures

P10 is a used vehicle and may include aftermarket modifications. Except for express written commitments identified in these Rules or transfer documents, and warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, it is awarded AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Sponsor will provide the title, applicable written branded-title disclosures, and legally required transfer documents. A branded, salvage, or rebuilt title will not be described as a clean title.

Modifications may affect inspection, emissions compliance, registration, insurance, handling, or permitted use in the winner’s jurisdiction. Sponsor does not promise that the vehicle can be registered or driven on public roads in every state. The winner may inspect the vehicle or arrange an independent inspection before collection. Inspection does not waive rights or disclosures required by law.

Sponsor will disclose known material defects and will not require the winner to operate an unsafe or unregistered vehicle. If lawful road use is unavailable, the winner must arrange an appropriate carrier or trailer, subject to the cost allocation in Section 12.

SECTION 05Entry with a guide purchase

During the Promotion Period, an eligible person who purchases one copy of The Ultimate Porsche Cayenne Buyers Guide through Sponsor’s qualifying product page at https://outsidethestandard.com/products/digital-product receives one entry, subject to the combined per-person limit in Section 7. Each additional qualifying copy receives one entry only until that limit is reached.

Purchases must be completed through the designated product page during the Promotion Period using accurate customer contact information. Purchases of other products, purchases outside the Promotion Period, and taxes, fees, donations, or shipping charges do not generate entries. No referral bonuses, spending multipliers, or social-media bonus entries are offered under these Rules.

The purchase price pays for the digital guide. Entries are promotional and have no separate purchase price. The guide has independent educational value and is delivered according to the product’s stated digital-delivery terms. There is no need to buy additional copies to reach the entry limit: the same number of entries is available without purchase through Section 6.

A legitimate refund or cancellation does not by itself remove an otherwise valid entry. Sponsor may void entries associated with documented fraud, identity misuse, or other actual violations of these Rules. Refund rights relating to the guide remain subject to applicable law and the published refund policy.

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Every valid entry has the same weight, and the same maximum number of entries is available without purchase.

SECTION 06Enter without a purchase

No purchase necessary to enter or win. During the Promotion Period, legibly print or type the following on a 3 × 5-inch card or a sheet of paper:

  • Your full legal name.
  • Your residential mailing address, including city, state, and ZIP code.
  • Your email address and, optionally, a telephone number.
  • The statement: “I meet the age and residency requirements and agree to the Outside Standard P10 Official Rules.”

Place one completed entry request in an envelope, apply sufficient postage, and mail it to:

Outside Standard LLC
P10 Giveaway — Free Entry
730 E Geranium Street
Sandy, UT 84094

Each valid request receives one entry. You may submit additional requests in separate envelopes up to the combined per-person limit in Section 7. Each request must be submitted by the named entrant; no commercial entry service or automated mass-entry system may submit requests on an entrant’s behalf.

Requests must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received no later than 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on January 15, 2027. Requests mailed before the Promotion begins or after it ends are ineligible. Allow sufficient time for postal delivery. In-person drop-offs are not an entry method.

No money, proof of purchase, Social Security number, copy of identification, or payment information should be enclosed. Ordinary postage is the entrant’s responsibility; no entry fee is paid to Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for postal loss, damage, delay, misdirection, or insufficient postage, except to the extent required by law.

All timely, eligible mail-in entries will be included in the same drawing as purchase-associated entries, even if an online entry counter does not yet display them. Mailed cards and envelopes will not be returned. Entry does not subscribe you to marketing.

SECTION 07Entry limits and equal treatment

Each eligible person may receive a maximum of (5) entries for the entire Promotion, combining all entry methods. This is a limit per person, not per email address, order, household, or account. Separate eligible people living at the same address may each enter.

The full limit may be reached entirely without purchase. Purchase-associated and no-purchase entries have identical drawing weight and eligibility standards. There is no fixed cap on the total number of valid entries accepted from all entrants during the stated entry periods.

Entries above an individual’s limit will not be included. An accidental duplicate does not automatically disqualify otherwise valid entries. Deliberate use of multiple identities, false information, or other methods to evade the limit may result in disqualification after reasonable verification.

Online counters and order confirmations are administrative aids. Final entry totals include verified mail-in entries and corrections, and may differ from a storefront widget’s displayed count.

SECTION 08Winner selection

One potential winner will be selected in the official random drawing on January 20, 2027, at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST). The drawing must take place after the mail-in receipt deadline in Section 6 and after all timely entries have been processed and verified.

Sponsor will conduct or supervise the drawing using a random-selection process that includes every eligible entry from both methods exactly once. Sponsor will retain an entry ledger and a record of the selection. Any service used to assist with the drawing must support inclusion of eligible mail-in entries.

The selected person is a potential winner until eligibility is verified and the required documents are completed. The prize will be awarded if at least one eligible entrant can accept it, subject to applicable law and Section 15. A livestream, if offered, is informational; watching it is not required to win.

SECTION 09Odds of winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries included in the drawing. Each valid entry has an equal chance of selection. With one prize, an entrant holding n valid entries out of N total valid entries has initial drawing odds of n/N.

Any advertised estimate must account for both entry methods. The Promotion does not promise “1 in 1000” odds or any other fixed odds.

SECTION 10Winner notification and verification

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner by the email address supplied with the entry and may also use a supplied telephone number. Official email correspondence will come from Info@outsidethestandard.com.

The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days of the first notification attempt. Sponsor will make at least one additional attempt during that period. The potential winner must then return reasonably required eligibility, tax, and prize-transfer documents within 14 calendar days after Sponsor supplies them, unless a longer period is required by law or agreed in writing.

Verification may include proof of identity, age, and residence; a declaration of eligibility; applicable tax forms; vehicle-transfer documents; and a lawful release. Sensitive information will be requested securely from the potential winner, not from all entrants.

If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted despite these attempts, fails to meet the stated deadlines, declines the prize, or cannot lawfully receive it, Sponsor may select an alternate at random from the remaining eligible entries. All entries belonging to a disqualified or declining potential winner will be excluded from an alternate drawing.

Sponsor will not charge a fee to release the prize or demand gift cards, cryptocurrency, or a wire transfer to claim it. Legitimate taxes and third-party collection or registration costs are described below.

SECTION 11Taxes and reporting

The winner is responsible for personal federal, state, and local taxes arising from receipt and ownership of the prize, except for taxes that applicable law requires Sponsor to bear. Sponsor will complete required prize reporting and any legally required withholding.

The verified winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and other information reasonably necessary for lawful reporting. Sponsor will issue the appropriate tax form when required. The taxable value will be determined under applicable tax rules; the published ARV is not tax advice. The winner should consult a tax professional about their circumstances.

SECTION 12Title, pickup, and other costs

Sponsor will arrange lawful transfer of the vehicle to the verified winner and provide a transferable title, free of monetary liens. Sponsor will satisfy its own ownership, disclosure, and transfer obligations. The winner is not responsible for paying Sponsor’s vehicle loan or curing undisclosed title defects.

Pickup is in Sandy, Utah, by appointment at a location confirmed directly with the verified winner. Collection or carrier pickup must occur within 30 calendar days after final verification, unless the parties agree in writing to a later date or applicable law requires otherwise. The mailing address in these Rules is not an invitation for unannounced visits.

Unless expressly included in Section 3, the winner is responsible for travel, transport or delivery, registration, licensing, insurance, taxes allocated to the winner by law, inspections, emissions testing, and any lawful modifications required in the winner’s jurisdiction. No cash allowance for these expenses is included.

A valid driver’s license and legally required insurance and registration or transit authorization are necessary to drive the vehicle away. A winner who cannot drive it may arrange a lawful carrier instead. Risk of loss and possession pass upon documented handover to the winner or the winner’s authorized carrier, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 13Publicity, photography, and audio/video recording

Except where prohibited by applicable law, acceptance of the prize is conditioned upon the verified winner’s agreement to participate in reasonable photography and audio/video recording during the vehicle handover, including footage of the winner receiving the vehicle and a brief interview. Filming will occur at a mutually arranged time in connection with the handover. No additional appearances or promotional services are required unless separately agreed in writing.

Except where prohibited by law, the winner grants Outside Standard LLC and its authorized production and advertising service providers a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to record and use the winner’s name, city and state, image, likeness, voice, and actual statements, together with authorized photographs and recordings of the winner notification and vehicle handover. These materials may be reproduced, edited, published, displayed, and distributed in perpetuity in connection with Outside Standard’s business, this Promotion, and future promotions, including on websites, social media, email, print materials, and paid advertisements, without additional compensation or approval. Editing may not materially misrepresent the winner’s statements or imply an endorsement the winner did not make. The winner may be required to sign a separate publicity release consistent with this section.

Sponsor may request permission to record audio of the telephone call notifying the potential winner of their selection and, when using a video call, to record both audio and video. Before recording begins, Sponsor will disclose the intended recording and promotional use and obtain affirmative consent from every participant being recorded. Entry into the Promotion does not substitute for this call-specific consent. If consent is declined, Sponsor will continue the notification without recording, and that refusal alone will not affect eligibility or entitlement to the prize.

For residents of Tennessee and any other jurisdiction where publicity consent cannot lawfully be required as a condition of receiving a prize, publicity participation and permission are voluntary, and declining them will not result in forfeiture. This section does not authorize recording or use of another person’s identity without any consent required by law.

SECTION 14Entry integrity

Sponsor may reject entries or disqualify an entrant based on a reasonable, documented determination of fraud, identity theft, deliberate entry-limit evasion, automated entry generation, interference with the drawing, or another material violation of these Rules.

Sponsor will apply the same standards to both entry methods. Sharing an address or internet connection with another eligible entrant, or entering without purchase, is not by itself grounds for rejection. Sponsor may seek reasonable clarification to resolve an entry error or eligibility question.

Sponsor may correct administrative mistakes while preserving the published entry rights and equal treatment of entrants. Administrative decisions remain subject to applicable law and do not eliminate legal remedies.

SECTION 15Exceptional interruption or cancellation

If fraud, a material technical failure, a natural disaster, a legal order, or another event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control prevents fair or lawful administration, Sponsor may take only the corrective action permitted by applicable law and any required regulatory approval. Sponsor will post a clear notice on the Official Rules page.

Sponsor will not alter filed rules where changes are prohibited, impose retroactive restrictions, reduce an awarded prize, or cancel because too few guides were sold. Where lawful and practicable, Sponsor will complete the Promotion by a fair random drawing from unaffected eligible entries and honor timely mailed entries under the published deadlines.

If continuing or awarding the prize is legally prohibited, Sponsor will comply with the relevant legal requirements, including any required notice, remedies, filings, or refunds. This clause is not an unrestricted right to cancel or change the Promotion.

SECTION 16Release and limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and persons acting for Sponsor in administering the Promotion from claims arising from participation or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. This release does not cover fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of an express prize commitment, or liability that cannot legally be released.

Sponsor is not responsible for independent postal or communications failures, an entrant’s inaccurate information, or events outside its reasonable control, except where applicable law imposes responsibility. No provision limits nonwaivable consumer protections, required vehicle disclosures, or other rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 17Governing law and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, these Rules and disputes concerning the Promotion are governed by Utah law, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would displace it. This choice does not override mandatory protections that apply to an entrant in their home jurisdiction.

Where enforceable and subject to a court’s jurisdiction, disputes may be brought in the appropriate state courts in Salt Lake County, Utah, or the United States District Court for the District of Utah. Nothing requires a forum prohibited by applicable law or eliminates an available small-claims remedy.

These Rules do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a jury-trial waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the extent necessary, without changing nonwaivable entrant rights.

SECTION 18Privacy and communications

Sponsor uses entry information to administer the Promotion, maintain and verify entry records, prevent fraud, contact potential winners, complete prize and tax obligations, and comply with applicable law. Necessary information may be shared with service providers assisting with those functions and with public authorities when required.

Information is handled under Sponsor’s published Privacy Policy and applicable law. Sponsor will retain records only for applicable legal, tax, dispute, and operational needs, then delete or de-identify them as appropriate.

Participation alone is not consent to promotional email or text messaging. Any marketing opt-in must be separate and optional. Choosing not to subscribe or later unsubscribing does not remove a valid entry. Operational messages needed to administer an entry or prize may still be sent as permitted by law.

For a privacy request or an entry question, contact info@outsidethestandard.com or write to Sponsor at the address in Section 21. A deletion request may affect information needed to verify or administer an entry; Sponsor will explain the relevant effect and handle the request according to applicable law.

SECTION 19Winner information

After the winner has been verified, request winner information by emailing info@outsidethestandard.com with the subject “P10 Giveaway — Winner Information,” or write to Outside Standard LLC at the address in Section 21 using the same heading.

Sponsor will provide winner information without charge and make any disclosures required by law. Ordinarily, public announcements will use the winner’s name and city/state. Additional information will be disclosed only with permission or as required by law. Do not send an entry request marked as a winner-information request.

SECTION 20Official rules and advertising

The Official Rules are available on Sponsor’s storefront at this Official Rules page. Entrants may request a copy by contacting Sponsor. Participation constitutes agreement to these Rules, subject to applicable law.

These Rules govern eligibility, entry limits, deadlines, prize details, and winner selection. Sponsor will promptly correct conflicting promotional material; this does not excuse misleading advertising or restrict a legal remedy. No social-media comment, direct message, order note, or informal statement changes these Rules.

The Promotion is a promotional sweepstakes associated with Sponsor’s digital guide business. Entries are not sold as standalone tickets, and no donation or product purchase is required.

SECTION 22Platform and manufacturer independence

This Promotion is sponsored by Outside Standard LLC. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Porsche, Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube. Vehicle and platform names identify the prize or services used; they do not imply an endorsement.

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube from claims arising from this Promotion. Entrants provide Promotion information to Sponsor and its service providers, not to a social-media platform in its capacity as the Promotion’s sponsor.
